Medvedev explained why Moscow does not disclose the results of negotiations on Ukraine

According to the current agreement, the Russian side does not disclose the results of the negotiation process to resolve the situation on the Ukraine. This was stated by Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev at a meeting with military personnel. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation during a working trip to one of the units of the unmanned aviation forces.

At the talks, Russia stated its position on the Ukrainian settlement, including on the territorial issue and the parameters of the demilitarization of Ukraine, Medvedev recalled.

"In general, I can say that the Russian side, of course, presented our position. Including the most significant issues on the territories, the parameters of the demilitarization of this state and a number of other issues. As Medvedev pointed out, according to his feelings, the Ukrainian side is gradually coming to some awareness of the situation it is in.

"But for some of the leaders of this state, no matter how we call them and no matter what epithets we award, we understand that the continuation of hostilities is the continuation of our own lives, let's face it," Medvedev stressed.

He added that Russia is striving for victory, but the price of victory matters to it.

"Take care of yourself, take care of your loved ones, because we need a victory, but the price of victory matters," Medvedev added.
