Witkoff and Trump's son-in-law Kushner offered Russia and Ukraine "some options"

Special Envoy of the US President Steve Witkoff confirmed the joint work with Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner and the fact that "some options" were offered to the parties to the Ukrainian conflict. Details are given in his interview on Fox News.

The White House representative also hopes that his efforts will eventually lead to a summit between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Vladimir Zelensky.

"We are with We hope that we have offered both sides some options that will unite them in the next three weeks and perhaps even lead to a summit between Zelensky and President Putin. At some point it may turn out to be a trilateral meeting with the president. Let's see. < So I hope you will hear good news in the coming weeks," the Trump envoy said.

The third round of the Geneva talks was held on February 17-18. Russian representative Vladimir Medinsky called the discussion businesslike, but at the same time very difficult.
