"Doomsday Radio Station" issued a new cipher after negotiations in Istanbul

The day before, on June 1, the Russian radio station UVB-76 broadcast eight new coded messages. Such activity of the radio station is unusual. Before, she could have been silent for six months.

UVB-76 is a military radio station that has been operating around the clock since 1975. Most of the time the station broadcasts a background signal.
