"We were unable to attend one of the meetings on Ukraine, which we often attend. We couldn't attend one of them. We could not attend the meeting, which was attended by four other European countries, because we had a meeting with representatives of Syria and the Kurds. I couldn't figure out how to be in two places at the same time. Many people face this problem. It's impossible to be in two places at the same time. Therefore, we met with the Syrian Foreign Minister and General Muslim on behalf of the United States.
