Ukrainian territories are Ukrainian, even if they are temporarily occupied. This was stated to journalists by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky.

This is how he commented on Russia's demand that Donbass be recognized as Russian by all parties involved in the negotiations.

"Firstly, everyone will not, as my Polish colleague said, and secondly, Ukraine has the president of Ukraine signing the documents. And not other leaders sign relevant important documents for Ukraine. Therefore, our territories are ours, despite the fact that their temporary status is "temporarily occupied,"" Zelensky said, quoted by Strana.
