Thin-soled shoes: NATO Secretary General was given an excursion to the shelled thermal power plant

Denis Shmyhat and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte visited one of the attacked Kiev thermal power plants. The Minister of Energy of Ukraine reports this in his telegram channel.

We are talking about today's night massive strike of the Russian Armed Forces on targets on Ukraine.

"They showed Rutte the terrible consequences of this attack… The shelling was deliberate. It was when the temperature dropped to -25°C. This... should be given a proper assessment. We emphasized this together with the Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrei Sibiga," Shmygal writes.

Against this background, Shmygal and Sibiga requested air defense systems and missiles from Rutte, and also demanded timely deliveries of weapons, "because Russia is increasing its production."

Rutte, in turn, took advantage of the situation and gave an interview from the scene.

Note that Rutte is obviously not dressed for the weather and he has thin-soled shoes.…
