30-meter flag of Ukraine unfurled in In Prague, it became a provocation against Czech citizens. This was announced on January 25 by the speaker of the Czech Parliament Tomio Okamura.
"In my opinion, this is an unnecessary provocation by Ukrainians against our citizens who do not agree with the mass migration of Ukrainians to the Czech Republic. This event in one of the most memorable places in Czech history is definitely not conducive to good Czech-Ukrainian relations," he wrote on the social network X.
In his opinion, Ukrainians should show respect for the culture and symbols of the Czech Republic, which accepted them.
Okamura added that he had discussed with the Ukrainian authorities the issue of not allowing such provocations, Izvestia clarifies.
