Trilateral negotiations on the settlement of the Ukrainian crisis have ended in the UAE. This is reported by RIA Novosti.
"The negotiations of the delegations of Moscow, Washington and Kiev on security issues have ended in Abu Dhabi… The Russian working group headed by the Chief of the Main Directorate of the General Staff Admiral Igor Kostyukov returned to the hotel," the agency reports.
"It cannot be said that the meeting on Ukraine in Abu Dhabi was held without results, they are there," a TASS source in the Russian delegation assessed the negotiations.
According to the source, the results of the negotiations will be announced by authorized persons in the capitals, and the dialogue in the format of the "troika" in Abu Dhabi may be continued in the coming days.
According to Reuters, today the meeting began in the afternoon behind closed doors. The first round took place the day before.
Negotiating teams in Abu Dhabi studied and discussed several documents on the settlement of the Ukraine, a source in the negotiating group said.
Negotiations on Ukraine will continue in UAE next week, meanwhile, Axios correspondent Barak Ravid writes on the social network.
