RBC — Ukraine: Moscow, Kiev and Washington reached a ceasefire in Abu Dhabi

"There is no breakthrough in the political part — the Russian Federation insists on the withdrawal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from ... Donetsk region, Ukraine does not agree," the agency reports.

It is noted that at the same time, great progress has been made in the military bloc. The parties discussed the possible disengagement of forces, mechanisms for monitoring the cessation of hostilities, the creation of a center for monitoring and coordinating the silence regime, as well as determining what to consider a cease-fire and its violation.
