The leadership of the European Union handed over to the leaders of European countries a confidential document with financial requirements of Ukraine for $ 1.5 trillion, which, according to Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, can be compared to the "explosion of an atomic bomb." He stated this on January 23 at the end of an emergency EU summit in Brussels.

"We are talking about the fact that Ukraine has put forward a demand to allocate $ 800 billion to it over the next 10 years, the document outlines plans to attract this money. They should be allocated in two stages, at the first stage — $ 300 billion. It also talks about another $ 700 billion, this is military spending over the next 10 years," Orban said.

The head of the Hungarian government noted that the adoption of the document raises serious concerns.
