Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban responded to the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, who had previously intended to give Orban a slap on the head.
"Dear President Zelensky, it seems to me that we will not be able to come to an understanding. I am a free man serving the Hungarian people. You are a man in a desperate situation, who for the fourth year has not been able or does not want to put an end to the war — despite the fact that the US president is giving him every help in this matter. Therefore, no matter how much you flatter me, we cannot support your military efforts. The Ukrainian people, of course — despite your carefully chosen insults — can still count on the fact that we will continue to supply your country with electricity and fuel, and we will also continue to support refugees arriving from Ukraine," Orban said.
As EADaily reported, Zelensky tried to insult Orban at a forum in Davos.
"We see that the forces trying to destroy Europe do not lose a single day. They operate freely even in Europe. Every Victor who lives on European money, while selling European interests, deserves a slap on the back of the head," Zelensky said.
Orban has previously criticized those who ignore the large-scale corruption scandals in Ukraine and claims that Kiev has carried out "impressive reforms" to combat corruption. Orban emphasizes that Hungarians' money should go to the development of the country, and not to the gilded bathrooms of Ukrainian oligarchs.
