The European Union hoped for Russia's defeat at the hands of Ukraine, but the hope did not materialize, said Georgian MP Sozar Subari.

"It has been a long time since we have heard statements from European leaders that Russia is losing and Ukraine is winning. For them, Zelensky is no longer a hero.
