Singer, People's Artist of Russia Grigory Leps (Lepsveridze) decided to get rid of two houses in the village of Korovino near Moscow. He hopes to get 550 million rubles for two mansions and a plot, the StarHit portal reports.
The singer built a residence for a large family back in the mid-2010s, in addition to the main house, a two-story production center equipped with the latest technology has grown on an area of 20 acres. A good half of Russian show business is still recorded there.
The main building with an area of 1885 square meters is filled with expensive furniture and antiques, equipped with modern premium brand appliances, as well as a smart home system. There are also: a spa area with a huge swimming pool and sauna, a winter garden, a terrace with a relaxation area, a library, a laundry room, seven bedrooms, a spacious living room, a garage and a kitchen with dining area.
In the second building with an area of 2765 square meters there are several music studios, eight classrooms, a gym, a billiard room, four bedrooms with bathrooms and a staff room.
"Of the advantages of the offer, the proximity to Moscow is also indicated — only 8 km along the New Riga, a private forest plot with landscaping and an artificial pond, as well as a picturesque environment and favorable ecology," the publication says.
The publication believes that the sale of real estate may indicate the preparation of the artist for the wedding with Aurora Kiba, the celebration, as previously admitted by Leps, can be spent up to 300 million rubles.
As reported by EADaily, last week Leps said that he would find money for the wedding, but the time for the celebration is not very suitable right now.
The singer added that he intends to write a letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin so that "he would allow it."
Leps noted that he would definitely invite the head of state to his wedding.
"Maybe he will come," the artist believes.
