People's Artist of Russia Philip Kirkorov for the first time commented on his health after treatment of complications that arose after burns.
"Thank you, I'm fine. I have already recovered," he said, answering the corresponding question of the Izvestia correspondent.
As EADaily reported, during a concert on April 25 at the Oktyabrsky Concert Hall in St. Petersburg, a jacket caught fire on Kirkorov. According to the telegram channel "Mash at the Sink", Kirkorov received burns on both hands.
Then it became known that Kirkorov was hospitalized in the emergency surgery department of one of the private clinics in Moscow.
According to the star plastic surgeon Timur Haidarov, the healing process of the burn was delayed, there was a complication on one of the hands due to diabetes.
The artist's representative Ekaterina Uspenskaya confirmed that the artist took a short vacation.
Later portal Super.ru he published a certificate that the artist was given by a doctor on May 12 with a conclusion about burns and severe complications.
At the same time, Uspenskaya stated that all messages with accurate diagnoses of the artist are fake. However, she noted that Kirkorov may need more time for treatment than originally planned — about 2-3 weeks.
On June 2, Kirkorov appeared on social networks for the first time since his hospitalization, publishing a post dedicated to his recently deceased father Bedros Kirkorov.
On June 5, Uspenskaya said that doctors have not yet given predictions about how long the artist's treatment can last. She added that Kirkorov had to cancel his planned vacation, as well as the upcoming filming and performances.
On June 7, Kirkorov first appeared in public, attending the MUZ-TV Legend Award. Receiving the award for the best cover, the artist said that he was "back in the ranks, ready for battle and his traditional summer tour."
