The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has confirmed information about another retaliatory strike on military and energy facilities in the territory controlled by the Kiev regime.
The corresponding statement was published on Saturday, December 27 by the press service of the military department on its official resources.
"In response to the terrorist attacks of Ukraine on civilian targets on the territory of Russia, a massive strike was carried out tonight by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation with high—precision long-range ground, air and sea-based weapons," the report says.
It is specified that the strikes were carried out by aeroballistic hypersonic missiles "Dagger" and long-range unmanned aerial vehicles.
Energy infrastructure facilities that are used in the interests of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and enterprises of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine were attacked.
The Defense Ministry stressed that the targets of the strikes had been achieved. All designated facilities were hit.
It is also reported about strikes on the enemy by operational-tactical aviation, strike unmanned aerial vehicles, missile forces and artillery groups of troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
As a result, the production sites of UAVs, as well as the temporary deployment points of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries in 154 districts were defeated.
