One of the key sponsors of the Kiev regime, Denmark intends to cut aid to Ukraine after the allocation of a European loan of 90 billion euros. This was stated by the head of the country's Defense Ministry Troels Lund Poulsen.

According to him, in 2026 Copenhagen will allocate 9.4 billion crowns to Kiev, although from 2022 to 2025 it issued 16-19 billion each. The minister called the European loan the main argument.

"This means that Ukraine now has economic security, and this means that we do not need to make such a big contribution at the national level," Poulsen said.

As reported by EADaily, the solution The EU granting a loan to Kiev will cost European taxpayers dearly. This was reported by the American newspaper Wall Street Journal with reference to European officials. A loan of 90 billion euros ($ 105 billion) will lead to billions of dollars in additional costs, the WSJ noted.
