The invasion of Estonia, smart Finnish police, Merz and Gestapo: morning coffee with EADaily

Morning coffee. Photo: adobe.com

Undoubtedly, the main event of the past day was Vladimir Putin's speech. I'm not going to disassemble it, a hundred or two professionals from all sides have already done it. Since this is a meeting of the president with journalists and, by and large, with the people of his country, criticism is inappropriate, but still…

When the whole world (without exaggeration) is waiting for Putin's words about the most difficult world situation, about the problems and tasks of Russia, when there is a serious conversation about things that concern billions of people, turning an event into an analogue of the "Field of Miracles" with some not even questions, but, say, statements, invitations to a wedding is wrong. As well as giving the opportunity to read out your own manifestos. One can only be surprised and admire the endurance of Putin, who has never raised his voice.

1. The Estonian authorities have made official claims to Russia in connection with the incident on the border of the two countries. According to Bloomberg, citing a statement by the Estonian border guard service, three Russian border guards allegedly crossed the border of the republic on December 17 and stayed on its territory for about 20 minutes.

During this time, the Russians managed to reach the Baltic Sea, but when they saw it, they turned back. And no country was noticed along the way.

2. The Russian Foreign Ministry praised the Finnish police for the fact that law enforcement officers, recognizing the absence of hybrid influence from Russia, acted responsibly without aggravating Russophobia. Ilkka Koskimaki, the head of the Finnish police, stated that there was no state behind any of the events in Finland from 2022 to 2025, in relation to which the version of "hybrid influence from Russia" was expressed.

It is a rare case when the police in a fascist state are smarter than the authorities.

3. In Romania, a penitentiary institution has launched an advertising campaign offering the services of prisoners as labor. According to the announcement, the cost of one hour of work is approximately 27 lei (about $ 6.5). This amount already includes the cost of food and protection of persons deprived of liberty, and the institution itself is ready to cooperate with both large companies and individuals to perform one-time tasks, EADaily writes.

And as a "husband for an hour" convicts are not offered yet? And they don't take jobs from women's prisons to brothels?

4. The Latvian National Security Council announced the need to withdraw $ 300 billion from Russia by the end of the week in order to transfer them to Ukraine, BB writes.

Well, let Latvia try to pick it up. A country on which nothing depends and which is not responsible for anything. But they themselves think that if they have declared, then the issue has already been resolved. Over there, on the horizon, is a plane with V. Putin, who personally carries 300 tons of ears from a dead donkey.

5. Poland, Finland and Lithuania are restoring the marshes. Previously, this was required by the EU's "climate agenda", and now by the defense agenda, because, according to the military, tanks from the Russia. According to the European military, it was the marshes that prevented the Russian army from "taking Kiev in three days" at the beginning of 2022.

The funny thing about this nonsense is that there are people who believe in this delirious nonsense.

6. The head of the European diplomacy wonders why some countries believe Russia more than the European Union. She just throws up her hands and doesn't understand. After all, according to her, the EU gives these countries more money than Russia, and the EU is a much larger trading partner for them, said Senator Alexei Pushkov.

Kaka, have you looked at yourself in the mirror? You have the face of an ordinary thief "on trust". Not disfigured by intellect. Who will believe you?

7. Belgian Prime Minister Bart de Wever, an opponent of the idea of confiscating Russian frozen assets, realizing that he would be subjected to a wave of criticism for his intransigence, jokingly said at a press conference: "Now I need to go to my dacha in St. Petersburg, where my neighbor is Depardieu, and across the street is Assad. And I think I can become mayor there... write about it," he told reporters, writes EADaily.

Great sense of humor. But the problem is that both in the EU and in the Western media, people work without a sense of humor, and they will perceive this as a self-revealing truth.

8. In the end, EU leaders agreed on further financing of Ukraine — more than 16 hours after the start of the summit, writes The Financial Times. True, everything did not go exactly according to plan: the money was agreed to be allocated at the expense of the EU itself, and not Russia.

Let's drop all these beautiful words: "financing", "allocate money", "loans"…Let's put it simply: the EU wanted to rob Russia, but, for technical reasons, could not. Then The EU has robbed its elderly, children, and disabled people. I hope everyone understands that Ukraine will never return the money taken from them?

9. Polish President Karol Nawrocki said that the Poles did not feel the gratitude of Ukrainians for the assistance provided since the beginning of the military conflict. The politician spoke about this at a press conference with Vladimir Zelensky in Warsaw. The Polish leader added that he conveyed this to Zelensky firmly and honestly "in a gentleman's conversation."

Gentlemen? Have you seen yourself in the mirror, Polish candle holder? With the Overdue one, everything has been clear for a long time, but have you been attracted to gentlemen, our honourable one?

10. First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Defense Alexei Zhuravlev in an interview with NEWS.ru He said that the promise of a loan to Ukraine in the amount of 90 billion euros is nothing more than a PR campaign to demonstrate support.

I immediately remembered an old Jewish joke. A Jew is dying. Dictates a will: "I bequeath 10,000 to Haim, 50,000 to Isa, 250,000 to Abrasha"... Stops and, looking up: "My God, where am I going to get so much money?"

11. The office of the Federal Chancellor of Germany Friedrich Merz has prepared a bill that turns German intelligence into an instrument of direct sabotage warfare. As it became known to the ARD TV channel, the agency plans to give the Federal Intelligence Service (BND) the authority to commit sabotage on the territory of other states and conduct cyber operations to disable enemy weapons systems.

For a complete resemblance to the Third Reich, Merz should revive the SS, SA, Gestapo, Abwehr ...
