Polina Lurie, who bought an apartment from the singer Larisa Dolina, is officially the owner of this dwelling.
This is reported by the RIA Novosti news agency, referring to information obtained in the state register of real estate. According to them, the new owner purchased the house in June 2024.
The basis for the change of ownership is the contract of sale. Before that, the apartment had been in the possession of another person for more than 19 years. Currently, the property has a single owner.
Recall that the Valley, which became a victim of fraudsters, transferred its funds to 10 different bank accounts. All these accounts belonged to the defendants in the criminal case of embezzlement of money and the singer's apartment.
According to one of the lawsuits, the court has already recovered 62.7 million rubles in favor of Dolina. The total damage is estimated to exceed 317 million rubles. Read the detailed history of the litigation around the apartment here.
Earlier, EADaily reported that the situation with the scandal around Dolina's apartment was commented on by the Foreign Ministry. They noted that Russia's enemies could use this story to incite the hatred of citizens inside the country and provoke them into clashes.
