In Odessa, Denis Trebenko, one of the leaders of the local Jewish Orthodox community, the head of the Rahaim charitable Foundation, was killed by four shots to the head. This is reported by the publication "Dumskaya".
According to the publication, Trebenko had serious financial problems. He owed more than 40 thousand dollars to an Odessa businesswoman, lost to her in court and risked losing his inherited apartment. At the same time, he himself tried to recover almost 60 thousand dollars from the heir of his debtor, lost in the court of first instance, but the court of second instance took his side. However, Trebenko did not receive any money.
It is noted that a criminal case has been opened on the fact of premeditated murder.
