Three "Geranium" jet drones struck the place of deployment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine — the sanatorium "Zhovten" in Kiev — where a shootout took place the other day between employees of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and military personnel. This is reported by Ukrainska Pravda.
No details are given, including losses.
"Monitoring resources reported about jet drones and explosions in Kiev's Koncha-Zaspa at night," the telegram channel "Military Correspondents of the Russian Spring" notes.
The day before, on the territory of the sanatorium "Zhovten" in the Kiev district of Koncha-Zaspa, a bloody skirmish took place between employees of the GUR and servicemen of the military unit A4005 of the Armed Forces, Ukrainska Pravda wrote. It was noted that the GUR wants to return the facility and claims that the military settled there illegally.
According to the newspaper's source in law enforcement agencies, on the evening of December 3, GUR officers entered the territory of the sanatorium and occupied it, "knocking out the gate and breaking the fence, firing firearms into the air and ground; they captured 10 servicemen of the military unit A4005, causing them significant injuries." Later, the GUR staff released the prisoners and barricaded themselves in the territory, the source said.
