According to investigators, in 2018, the suspect signed a loan agreement with the organization for 4 million rubles. But the company could not pay the debt, and then he seized its plots, the cadastral value of which was six times the loan amount, as payment for forged documents. The story was revealed after the inventory.
Secondly, Mustafayev's former friend and partner accused him of fraud. According to the statement of this person, Mustafayev bought a Porsche car from him, but did not fully pay the agreed amount.
