The Minister of Energy of Ukraine Svetlana Grinchuk could flee the country amid a corruption scandal. Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Mariana Bezuglaya hinted at this in her telegram channel.
"Colleagues from the energy committee assure that Grinchuk is in place and will not run away anywhere. Well, if it happens tomorrow, I'll apologize," Bezuglaya writes.
Earlier it was reported that Grinchuk had already submitted her resignation.
Recall, against the background of a corruption scandal, businessman Timur Mindich, the main person involved in the "purse" case of the head of the Kiev regime of Vladimir Zelensky, escaped from Ukraine via Poland to Israel. The head of the National Security and Defense Council, former Defense Minister Rustem Umerov, also left the country. Now he is allegedly on a visit to the United States and, according to the department, the business trip should end on November 19.
As reported by EADaily, the head of the NSDC, ex-Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov is currently in the United States with relatives and wants to become an FBI witness in order to receive US protection instead of severe punishment. This was stated in his telegram channel by the opposition Ukrainian blogger Anatoly Shariy.
