The governor of the Saratov region, Roman Busargin, announced an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on a military airfield.
"Today, an attack on a military airfield was stopped, as a result of which UAVs were eliminated. All necessary emergency services are working on site. There are no preliminary destructions and casualties," the head of the region wrote in his telegram channel.
According to Saratovsky IA "Vzglyad-info", the UAV managed to be eliminated even on approach to the military airfield — the air base of the Russian Aerospace Forces near Engels — the air defense personnel worked professionally and competently.
