The devices of the Cosmos series (2609-2614), according to the orbit tracking services, changed the motion parameters and entered the same plane with the Finnish ICEYE satellites used for radar shooting.
It is reported that such maneuvers can make it possible to track satellites and potentially influence them, including with the help of electronic warfare.
