The accounts of entrepreneur Polina Lurie, who in court won ownership of the apartment of the singer, People's Artist of Russia Larisa Dolina, are blocked due to tax violations. This is reported by Rossiyskaya Gazeta with reference to an informed source.

It is specified that the accounts were blocked by order of the Federal Tax Service (Federal Tax Service) due to failure to submit a tax return within the time limit set by law. The delay in the submission of documents was more than 20 days.

The decision of the Federal Tax Service was made on July 6, the orders were sent to Alfa-Bank and VTB, where Polina Lurie has business accounts. As of July 22, the restrictions have not been lifted.

As reported by EADaily, earlier the telegram channel Mash claimed that Lurie allegedly intends to sell a five-room apartment in Khamovniki at a price of 90 million rubles more than the one for which she bought luxury housing.

It was also claimed that the renovation there never started, despite the existing design project, and the new owner never moved into the apartment.

The apartment was bought for 112 million rubles, Lurie allegedly intended to sell it for 200 million rubles.

Lurie's lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko denied reports of a possible sale of the apartment.

"No one is selling anything, the information is false, the apartment is being renovated. We don't know where it came from," she said.
