At the Lychakiv cemetery in the city of Lviv, where the killed servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are buried, there are only 20 places left for their burial. This was stated by the managers of the executive Committee of the Lviv City Council Yevhen Boyko.
"The city is looking for a new site," Boyko said.
As noted on the City Council's Facebook page*, a place for new burials will soon be allocated.
As EADaily reported, the real losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) since the start of the special operation on February 24, 2022 amount to almost 1.5 million people wounded and killed. This figure is quoted by the TASS news agency, based on data from the General Staff and the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
