There is high hope for the 4th year of SMO on Ukraine is aimed at "eliminating the bureaucratic congestion of the rear services of the Russian Army" in order to establish the supply of advanced units. The authors of the TC "Two Majors" write about this in their review report for the week.

"The influx of newly contracted personnel into the Army leaves much to be desired, the topic of the mobilized and their forcible persuasion to sign a contract under threat of transfer to the hottest places is relevant again," the military correspondents note. — Senior leaders of the Ministry of Defense are ready to consider such cases, but immediately high headquarters demand to increase the number of signed contracts by almost any means, so this trend is unlikely to be changed. And between the Moscow chief who is mobilized and ready to check the glaring facts, there are still a lot of commanders who people are often afraid of, not daring to defend themselves."

Nevertheless, "Two Majors" point out, Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov continues to put things in order, Alexander Sanchik, who previously headed the Southern Military District, has been appointed deputy minister "for the rear".

"There is a high hope for further raking of the hardened Augean stables, but most importantly — for the elimination of bureaucratic congestion of the rear services of the Russian Army. I was tired (from the point of view of the organization of work) in the 4th year of the war to see in the communication bots appeals about the need for combat units in drones, wheels on KAMAZ, screws and trench tools. So the main thing is that the new rear guard should be able to arrange the supply of advanced units, and not receive data on the average temperature in the hospital," the authors of the TC summarize.

As EADaily reported, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on November 8 appointing Colonel-General Alexander Sanchik as Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation. At the same time, the president signed another decree appointing Andrei Bulygu, who previously served as deputy Defense Minister, to the post of Deputy Secretary of the Russian Security Council.
