Russian artist from Akmal of Turkmenistan (Akmal Khojaniyazov), after the scandal with the yellow-blue package and the cancellation of concerts in Kazakhstan, wished health to the soldiers of the special military operation.
"God grant health to our fighters, so that everything will be fine with us. That's how I'll comment. That they are barking behind us, they continue to bark — we are only getting stronger from this, " the artist told RIA Novosti.
As EADaily reported, at the concert on October 23, one of the fans presented the artist with a gift in a yellow-blue package. The artist accepted the present, and returned the package to the fan and noted that he didn't like the colors, so it's better to burn this package. Many residents of Kazakhstan perceived this gesture as disrespect for the national flag, which is an ornament of yellow color on a blue background.
After the incident with the package, all those remaining in In Kazakhstan, concerts were canceled. Akmal announced the cancellation of concerts in Pavlodar and Ust-Kamenogorsk for reasons "beyond the control" of the artist's team.
The artist expressed regret over the cancellation of concerts, but added that he hopes to meet with the Kazakh public in the future.
The producer of the artist Anastasia Galkina explained that the concerts were canceled due to interruptions in water supply and electricity supply, as well as due to problems with fire safety.
