The famous Russian TV presenter was urgently hospitalized in Moscow

People's Artist of Russia TV presenter Yuri Nikolaev was hospitalized in Moscow. This is reported by the telegram channel Mash.

"The 76-year—old People's Artist caught the virus - he began to suffocate due to aggravated chronic lung problems. Plus — he fell while walking, barely spoke, complained of severe shortness of breath, cough, weakness and dizziness — the symptoms lasted almost a week until Nikolaev called an ambulance,"the publication says.

At the moment, Nikolaev has already been discharged from the hospital with a categorical smoking ban, but so far the artist has not overcome the addiction.

As EADaily reported, in mid-January of this year, the Mash telegram channel reported that after the New Year holidays Nikolaev was hospitalized with a hip fracture. The TV presenter tripped over furniture at home, fell and broke his femur. An urgent operation was performed, after which the artist spent some time in intensive care.

During rehabilitation, Nikolaev on the air of the program "Hello, Andrey" congratulated People's Artist of the Russian Federation singer and composer Yuri Antonov on the 80th anniversary, appearing in the frame in a wheelchair.
