The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, said he was waiting for a signal from the United States by the end of the week about peace talks. He stated this in an evening video message.
"At the end of the week there may be an update on the readiness of the Americans. But, of course, a lot depends on the development of the situation with Iran — America is focused on this. We are doing everything possible to intensify our diplomacy," Zelensky said.
He expressed the hope that Europe would finally be involved in the negotiations.
"Ukraine always tries to ensure that Europe is in the negotiations, so that the European voice is definitely taken into account," Zelensky added.
Note that the head of the State Department Marco Rubio has already given such a signal today.
He said that the trilateral negotiations of the United States with Russia and Ukraine's negotiations on the end of the conflict have now been suspended, since the United States does not want to hold endless meetings for the sake of meetings.
"We will be happy to do this if there is an opportunity to hold constructive and productive negotiations. But we are also not interested in getting involved in an endless cycle of meetings that lead to nothing," Rubio stressed.
As reported by EADaily, European leaders are putting pressure on the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, supporting the attack of the anti-corruption structures of NABU and SAP on his inner circle.
This was reported by the German edition of Die Zeit, citing its own sources. According to them, the demands of European leaders to investigate the corruption scandal on Ukraine still remains unfulfilled. According to the publication, Europe demands that Kiev complete the investigation into corruption in the highest echelons of power — if Ukraine wants to preserve the prospect of joining the EU.
