People's Artist of Russia Gennady Khazanov previously sold almost all property in Russia. His example was followed by the wife of the comedian, 77-year-old Zlata Elbaum, who parted with Russian real estate. However, then Khazanov arranged a scuffle with journalists who asked him about the circumstances of such large transactions.
But why are the media already talking about the possible cancellation of all sales? And what kind of property did Khazanov and Elbaum own?
It turned out that in Moscow the couple owned an apartment in the Arbat district on Malaya Molchanovka Street, as well as housing on Spiridonovka and Serafimovich Streets. Everything is in the center of the capital. Plus, the artist got rid of a private house with a plot in the prestigious village of Dubki near Moscow and housing in the village of Pine.
Khazanov left for himself only a "modest" one-room apartment in Zamoskvorechye on Lyusinovskaya Street. Its price is 21 million rubles. The artist in Russia also has a working Sole proprietor and a company producing hydraulic equipment.
Khazanov's wife Zlata Elbaum, permanently residing in Israel, sold in Russian house on 1200 "squares" with a plot of 7.5 thousand "squares" in the village of Fominskoe in Troitsk, as well as a large apartment near Odintsovo.
But such a sale, according to family lawyer Ilya Titov, who spoke with the correspondent of Evening Moscow, may raise questions.
"They can cancel the transaction only if a person is declared bankrupt and his creditors begin to challenge the sale, which was not made on market terms: for example, if the owner's brother bought the apartment below the market price," he believes.
