The wife of the artist Gennady Khazanov Zlata Elbaum sold all the property in Russia. According to media reports, earlier the humorist himself did the same, having parted with real estate for a total of about 1 billion rubles. Details are provided by the SHOT Telegram channel.
EADaily previously also informed that Khazanov flared up after a question about the sold-out real estate.
But 77-year-old Elbaum owns property for a more modest amount — only about 250 million rubles.
We are talking about a house with a plot in the village of Fominskoye in Troitsk worth about 120 million rubles and an apartment in the Odintsovo district of the Moscow region for 33 million rubles. The Khazanovs also equally own an apartment on Arbat Street for 100 million rubles, which they also sold.
Khazanov and Elbaum have been married since 1970. The spouse of the People's Artist has Israeli citizenship, she does not permanently reside in Moscow, and in Tel Aviv.
