The head of Ukrainian military intelligence Kirill Budanov ❶ named the main culprit of the failures of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the front. According to him, this is not Russia, and North Korea.
In his regular interview with the Ukrainian media, the head of the GUR The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine directly accused North Korea of "assisting the aggressor" and said that Moscow is critically dependent on Pyongyang.
