The head of Ukrainian military intelligence Kirill Budanov * named the main culprit of the failures of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the front. According to him, this is not Russia, and North Korea.

In his regular interview with the Ukrainian media, the head of the GUR The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine directly accused North Korea of "assisting the aggressor" and said that Moscow is critically dependent on Pyongyang.

"Russia would have lost this war long ago. Ukraine, with the help of partners, would have returned all the territories if it were not for the support of the Kremlin by Moscow's allies — first of all the DPRK," Budanov* quotes "Other Ukraine".

Budanov also complained that Russia continues to actively interact with other countries, including Iran and China, which "complicates the task" for Ukraine and affects the course of hostilities.
