Bailiffs have begun the process of arresting the property of Nikolai and Denis Shtengelovs, who own the KDV food holding, which owns the rights to the Yashkino and Kiriyoshki brands.
This was reported on Saturday, September 6 by RIA Novosti, referring to the materials of the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow.
It follows from the resolution that on August 28, the bailiffs initiated enforcement proceedings to seize the property of JSC "Confectionery Com" on the writ of execution dated August 25.
Later, on September 1, the process of arresting the property of the Shtengelovs themselves began. As indicated in the court documents, on that day the Tverskoy Court of Moscow issued 271 writ of execution, which were handed over to the recoverer.
The agency clarifies that officially the main activity of the company is "investments in securities." According to information from the registration documents, JSC "Confectionery Com" was registered at the end of March 2004 in Tomsk.
Earlier, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation called on the court to recognize Nikolai and Denis Shtengelov, who left Russia 10 years ago and are Australian citizens, as an extremist association. Prosecutors believe that the holding's enterprises cause economic damage to Russia and finance terrorism.
As interim measures, the supervisory authority requests to arrest the shares, movable and immovable property of the group of companies and prohibit any registration actions with it.
Earlier, EADaily reported that the Federal Bailiff Service appealed to the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow with a lawsuit against Platon Lebedev, Mikhail Khodorkovsky❶ and Vladimir Dubov.
In particular, the FSSP asks to turn the land plot, which is registered to Dubov, and the actual owner is Khodorkovsky, into state revenue❶.
