The authorities of the US state of Nevada have confirmed that Russian Vadim Kruglov died at the Burning Man music festival, which they notified his family about, the Pershing County Sheriff's Office said.
Earlier, the American media reported on the investigation of a murder at a festival held in the Black Rock desert, Nevada. As reported, the victim's body was found in a pool of blood. Later, friends on social networks identified the victim as Vadim Kruglov.
The identity of the deceased was established by fingerprints, the authorities added, and called on eyewitnesses to provide them with any information that would help identify the suspect and the chain of events in Kruglov's alleged murder.
Earlier, one of Kruglov's friends told RIA Novosti that they were urgently looking for financial assistance to transport the body to Russia.
