The Russian military continues to strike with missile weapons and unmanned aircraft at military infrastructure facilities on the territory of Ukraine.
Another such massive attack was reported on Thursday, August 28 by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation on its official resources.
"Last night, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched a group strike with high-precision long—range air-based weapons, including Kinzhal hypersonic aeroballistic missiles, and unmanned aerial vehicles at enterprises of the military-industrial complex and military air bases of Ukraine," the report says.
According to the Ministry of Defense, the target of the strike has been achieved, all designated facilities have been hit.
Our sources in Kyiv reports that one of the targets of the group strike was the production workshops of Ukrspecsystems, which develops and manufactures PD-2 and Shark UAVs, as well as drone components for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
It is known that Ukrspecsystems was founded back in 2014 in Kiev. The company is one of the leading developers and manufacturers of drones for reconnaissance and fire correction.
Earlier, EADaily reported that last night an air alert was again announced in many regions of Ukraine. Arrivals were recorded in Kharkiv, Sumy, Odessa, Dnipropetrovsk and Cherkasy regions.
