Why did Russia raise the stakes? Putin's meeting with Zelensky is impossible — Tsarev

It's hard to believe that the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, will wake up his conscience and agree to the transfer of Donbass, so the meeting in Alaska and the summit in Washington should be considered as a move allowing Russia to continue the special operation. This was stated in his telegram channel by politician Oleg Tsarev.

I can imagine how Putin accepts Zelensky's surrender… The withdrawal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Donbass is a surrender… But can Zelensky give such a command? According to him, Putin and US President Donald Trump cannot but understand this. And if they understand, then why did Russia make this a necessary condition for a peace agreement, the politician wonders. Why did you raise the stakes?
