The German company Hugo Boss, which ceased operations in Russia in 2022, filed five lawsuits in Russian courts. The corporation demands protection of the rights to its brands, as RIA Novosti informs today, September 16.
The source also reports that the arbitration courts have satisfied the claims of Hugo Boss. It is specified that all claims were submitted for consideration in 2025.
Four out of five lawsuits were considered by the Moscow Arbitration Court. The defendants in them were the companies Zubair LLC, Millennium LLC, Prosvet LLC, as well as the individual entrepreneur Guzel Yusuf. The plaintiff demanded compensation for the illegal use of the trademark in the amount of 270 thousand rubles.
The fifth case was considered by the Arbitration court of the Krasnodar Territory. We are talking about the recovery of 70 thousand rubles from LLC "Muer".
