The United States wants to organize a trilateral meeting on the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict as early as August 22. This is reported by Axios, citing two sources.

The portal notes that Russian President Vladimir Putin has not publicly promised to hold such a meeting.
As EADaily reported, the meeting with US President Donald Trump in Alaska on August 15 was useful and timely. This was stated today by Russian President Vladimir Putin at a meeting on the results of Russian-American talks, the Kremlin website reported.
The event was attended by representatives of the presidential administration, the government, the State Duma, ministries and departments.
