The Ukrainian conflict may end long before Christmas, if there is a trilateral meeting of the leaders of the three countries — the United States, Russia and Ukraine. This was stated on the eve of the social network by a double Russophobe Republican Senator Lindsey Graham ❶.
"If in fact there is a trilateral meeting between President (US Donald) Trump, the presidents (of Ukraine and Vladimir of Russia) Zelensky and (Vladimir) Putin, then I am cautiously optimistic that this war will end long before Christmas," writes Graham ❶, quoted by The Hill newspaper.
Graham also said on Fox News on Friday that the exchange of territories between Ukraine and Russia is likely to be part of any mediation deal.
"There will be exchanges of territories. You can't evict every Russian, but the Ukrainians will make this deal, not the USA, Ukraine will make this deal — and Trump will end this war… I have never been more optimistic than I am now," the senator stressed.
