The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, is an unacceptable political figure for the execution of any agreements on Ukraine.
This opinion was expressed to the TASS news agency by the Ambassador-at-large of the Russian Foreign Ministry on the crimes of the Kiev regime Rodion Miroshnik. He explained that Zelensky would not be able to sign anything because of his legal status.
The diplomat noted that the expired Ukrainian president is not legally the head of state of Ukraine, and therefore is unacceptable for the final phase of negotiations, when agreements are reached.
"He cannot sign anything because his credentials have not been confirmed, his term of office has expired," the ambassador stated.
As reported by EADaily, earlier Rodion Miroshnik said that the attack of Ukrainian drones on the regional government building in Belgorod indicates that the Kiev regime is hysterical before the summit of Russia and the United States in Alaska.
