Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, on the eve of the meeting of Russian and US Presidents Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump in Alaska, expressed hope that the negotiations will end with the establishment of peace.
"The main thing for us is to establish peace in our region. The violation of peace has brought very serious consequences to our region, especially to the European continent. These are political and economic problems. We hope that these negotiations will eventually end with the establishment of peace," Kobakhidze said.
The talks between Putin and Trump in Alaska will begin in half an hour and may last about seven hours.
