Alexander Maslyakov Jr. earned 1.6 billion rubles a year on projects related to KVN (Club of Funny and resourceful). This is reported by the Passion portal with reference to open source data.
"After the death of Alexander Maslyakov, his son Alexander Maslyakov Jr. became the sole owner of the AMIK TELEVISION CREATIVE ASSOCIATION LLC," the publication says.
It is this company that is engaged in the production of the KVN program, which is released on Channel One.
"Every year the organization receives impressive revenues — in 2024, according to public data, AMIK earned 1.6 billion rubles. At the same time, net profit amounted to 210.6 million rubles," the portal claims.
Maslyakov Jr. also owns other companies that are partly associated with KVN: PLANET LLC, KVN CAFE LLC, KVN SOUVENIR LLC and KVN PRODUCTION LLC. Last year, all of them collectively earned 43.5 million rubles.
As EADaily reported, Alexander Maslyakov Sr. died on September 8 last year. The permanent leader of the Funny and Resourceful Club was 82 years old. Alexander Maslyakov has been leading KVN since 1964. During his time on television, he received many awards and became a full knight of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland. He was buried at the Novodevichy Cemetery in Moscow.
