The Board of Directors of the Bank of Russia made a decision on the key rate during a meeting on July 25. The rate was lowered immediately by 2% - from June 20% to the current 18%, as the regulator itself informs.
EADaily previously also reported that Roscongress suggested a key rate by the end of 2025.
