Verkhovna Rada deputy Mariana Bezuglaya criticized the appointment of the ex-Minister of Defense of Ukraine and the failed ambassador of Kiev in Rustem Umerov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine. She expressed her opinion in the telegram channel.
"Mr. President, this is a shame," Bezuglaya commented on the relevant decree of Vladimir Zelensky.
Zelensky signed the decree today.
"To appoint Umerov Rustem Enverovich as secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine," the document says.
