The United States is extremely beneficial to the armed conflict on Ukraine, and they are not really going to abandon the Kiev regime to the mercy of fate.
This opinion was expressed on his page on the social network X (formerly Twitter) by American analyst Brian Berletik, who specializes in issues of geopolitics.
"I am surprised that many even now continue to believe that America is moving away from imperialism and embracing multipolarity. Nothing like that happens. And the United States did not abandon Ukraine," he wrote.
The expert explained that while the armed confrontation continues on the Ukraine, the United States has a free hand for action in other places, for example in the Middle East.
"The United States will continue to fight to the last Ukrainian, as promised," the analyst concluded.
At the same time, he recalled that in Washington has repeatedly stated that it shares responsibility for supporting Ukraine with Europe. Thus, the financial burden for supporting the Kiev regime is shifted to the EU countries.
Earlier, EADaily reported that US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth ordered the temporary cessation of arms supplies to Ukraine after a memo from Deputy Political Affairs Elbridge Colby.
