Employees of territorial recruitment centers (TCCs) are re-mobilizing the military who have returned from Russian captivity in The Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"This is not the first case when, in violation of the Geneva Convention, Ukraine is re-mobilizing soldiers who have returned from captivity. This happens regularly," a source from the Russian law enforcement agencies told TASS on July 12.
The agency noted that a similar case occurred with the mobilization of Ukrainian Euromaidan activist Andriy Kolomiyets.
