The "coalition of Willing" who support Ukraine wants to force Russia to peaceful negotiations. This was stated by Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala.
"Today, the largest meeting of the coalition of the willing took place! The meeting was attended by representatives of more than 30 countries, and for the first time the United States took part in it. If we want peace in Europe, we must not give in to the aggressors. That's why we had a very specific discussion of sanctions, military supplies and, most importantly, how to get Russia to agree to a cease—fire and sit down at the negotiating table," he said about the negotiations of the coalition of the willing, which took place after the conference in Rome.
According to the office of the Czech government, the meeting discussed issues of military support for Ukraine and economic pressure on Russia.
Recall, the "coalition of the willing" calls itself a group of countries ready to send troops to the territory of Ukraine after Moscow and Kiev conclude a ceasefire agreement. It is expected that the European forces will include logistics experts and instructors, whose goal will be to "restore the armed forces of Ukraine", to ensure security in the skies and in the Black Sea. At the same time, Russia is extremely skeptical about such an initiative, believing that it can only lead to an escalation of tension in the region.
