Laos may allegedly be involved in the Ukrainian conflict under the guise of humanitarian missions. This was stated by the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
The telegram channel of the department claims that Moscow is organizing the involvement of engineering troops of the Lao People's Army in demining the territory of the Kursk region. At the initial stage, we are talking about 50 Lao military sappers, writes Military Review.
"Russia, hiding behind a humanitarian (mission), is trying to legalize the presence of a foreign military contingent on its territory, actually using it to support military operations against Ukraine," the department said without hesitation.
As EADaily reported, against the background of the aggravation of relations with Baku, Moscow is expanding its military presence in Armenia. This was stated by the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
According to the GUR, Moscow is increasing the number of its military personnel at the Russian military base in Gyumri.
