"As a result of the crime, the terms of the contracts were not fulfilled, which caused damage to the Russian Defense Ministry on a particularly large scale. Military investigators have arrested the land plots belonging to Kozhevnikov in order to secure a verdict in terms of a fine, a civil lawsuit and property penalties," the ministry said in a statement.
